Do you hire freelance interpreters or employees?
Freelance interpreters.

Certification is preferred but is not required. Qualified applicants may be considered based on experience, skills, and screening.
Do you guarantee a certain number of hours per week?
No.
I work with patients. May I transfer them to your agency?
No. We do not work with medical insurance; we accept requests directly from the hospitals and clinics.
What are your rates?
Call us. Your rate will depend on the contracts we have, on your qualifications, and the type of assignment.
